Becky Norman joined Nexus Energy Partners in August 2026 asLand Administrator. In this role, she maintains the company’s land database, ensures conveyances are recorded accurately, verifies ownership interests, and collaborates with departments across the company to keep land records current and reliable.

Before joining Nexus Energy Partners, Becky worked at PakEnergy as a Senior Land Analyst, where she maintained company records for properties in Texas, Colorado, and Ohio. She brings more than 15 years of analyst experience in the oil and gas industry, including 12 years at Cimarex Energy Co. Becky began her career after college as a paralegal, working across several areas of law. Her 15 years of paralegal experience, combined with her energy industry background, has strengthened her foundation of land, title, and records knowledge.

Becky graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  After graduating college, she moved to Philadelphia where she attended The Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training where her studies focused on Corporate Finance and Business Law.  She holds Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) and Certified Professional Land and Title Analyst (CPLTA) certifications. She currently serves on the board of the Tulsa Association of Land and Title Analysts (TALTA) as the CPLTA Liaison to NALTA.
