
Leah Vogel joined Nexus Energy Partners in 2026 as the Executive Assistant, where she supports senior leadership and helps drive day-to-day operational efficiency across the organization. In her role she manages team-wide travel and scheduling coordination, collaborates on cross-functional initiatives, and oversees key administrative and organizational processes that enable leadership to remain focused on strategic priorities.
Prior to joining the team, Leah spent five years as a fractional Executive Assistant, supporting multiple CEOs across a range of industries. Through a proactive approach to systems creation and problem solving, she optimized administrative structures and streamlined internal processes within dynamic organizations. Earlier in her career she held roles spanning from customer experience leadership to event planning, creating a strong professional foundation in administrative operations and organizational management.
Leah holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado Christian University and is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals.
