Rachel Dennis joined Nexus as a Senior Accountant in 2023. Her main responsibilities include overseeing revenue, Joint Interest Billings, distributions, and other accounting tasks. Additionally, Rachel will be managing the accounting processes for Nexus Sidecar I.

Rachel possesses a wealth of experience in the oil and gas accounting field, as she has accumulated 15 years of relevant experience. Before becoming a part of our team, she held the position of Senior Accountant at Mustang Resources. During her five years there, Rachel's role encompassed handling operated and non-operated revenue, Joint Interest Billings, production reporting, accounts payable, journal entries, and a variety of other responsibilities. In addition to her time at Mustang Resources, Rachel has also gained valuable expertise from working at multiple Oil and Gas companies located in Colorado and Texas over 10 years.

Rachel graduated from Fresno Pacific University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
