Tammy Franklin joined Nexus in 2026 as Senior Manager of Enterprise Data, bringing more than 20 years of oil and gas industry experience and a diverse career in information technology. Her background spans both upstream exploration and midstream operations, providing a unique blend of business insight and technical expertise. At Nexus, Tammy supports the enterprise data strategy, including architecture, data engineering, software development, analytics, AI and automation initiatives.

Before joining Nexus, Tammy spent over 14 years with ConocoPhillips and nearly a decade with leading midstream organizations, where she delivered innovative technology solutions that enhanced business performance and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale platform modernization efforts, architected enterprise applications, developed advanced analytics and semantic data models, and implemented solutions that generated millions of dollars in business value while significantly improving productivity across multiple departments.

Tammy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Langston University.
